Hi, I’m Stef.
Nice to meet you.
How can I help?
Jotterbox is a virtual assistant practice built for creative founders and values-led businesses. I provide dedicated, personally tailored support, helping you:
get organised;
communicate better;
build the systems that give you your time back.
Whether you need an extra pair of hands for a specific project, someone to take the admin off your plate each month, or a trusted partner to help you think through how your business operates, I've got you.
I'm also a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants and an active, collaborative member of the wider VA community. Staying connected to the industry, especially as technology evolves, means I'm always bringing current thinking and best practice to the businesses I work with.
Meet the founder.
My background is diverse, with over a decade in executive assistance, HR operations and Learning and Development. I’ve worked with creatives and start-ups, as well as larger corporate FSE100 organisations, predominantly in the Tech sector, Precision, confidentiality and calm under pressure have been the through line and never optional. Before corporate life, I was a professionally trained actor, which has given me skills in communication, facilitation and understanding people that I use every single day.
I have a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development Management and have designed and delivered corporate training across the UK and Germany. Training isn't something I'm actively offering right now, but that expertise very much informs how I work: structured, thoughtful, always thinking about the bigger picture.
I'm a qualified Mental Health First Aider and a big advocate of wellbeing at work. I believe support is strategic, not a luxury and that calm operations are the foundation of sustainable growth.
In 2025, I won Best Newcomer of the Year at the UKVA Awards. I am actively involved in the VA industry and have been a guest panellist for Strategic PA, hosted by Caroline Marshall.
